Meesha Accinelli

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Meesha grew up in rural Oregon and brings both personal insight and deep care to her role as Administrative Assistant at KinCultivate. As the only team member who grew up in Oregon, Meesha offers a valuable perspective on the regional dynamics that shape life for youth and families of color; especially in rural communities.

Meesha is also a transracial adoptee and holds a special commitment to supporting other adoptees and youth working through questions of belonging and self-definition. She earned her degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Psychology from Oregon State University and has been working with local nonprofits since 2016.

At KinCultivate, Meesha keeps many of our systems running behind the scenes and often serves as the first point of contact for families, community members, and partners. Additionally, she is also a trusted presence at many of our youth programs. Her calm energy, warmth, and way of showing up for young people are felt by every student she meets; and help create the kind of environment we hope every young person can thrive in.
